Since Hannah Bronfman is our muse of the month, we figured we’d share one of our favorite things about her healthy lifestyle: her delicious SMOOTHIES. If you’re one of Hannah’s many instagram followers, then you are probably familiar with her #hbsmoothies, tasty and extremely nutritious drinks that are perfect for a hot, summer day. There are so many amazing healthy smoothie recipes out there, but today we’re sharing our favorite nutrition-packed LCNY smoothie recipe.
1 cup of almond milk
a handful of spinach or 1 tsp spirulina
a handful of chopped strawberries
½ cup of blueberries
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of acai powder
